Project ‘SAKSHAM’, A CSR initiative of MCL which aims at providing free residential training to unemployed youths from the state of Odisha under mining sector. The objective of the project is mainstreaming socio-economically poor unemployed youth through skill training to enable them to earn a livelihood and lead a life of dignity and in turn contribute to the economy of the Country. The project is being implemented in partnership with NITCON.
