All HODs (All Units of MCL) are requested to bring forward issues and concerns which shall require innovative solution; conventional and unconventional, activities that shall require interdepartmental engagement, industry interfacing for customized technical solutions, academic research for decision making, absorption of business model relevant to our industry from other successful industry leaders and any other problems which needs problem-specific tailored approach.

All the employees of MCL are hereby invited to present ideas/thoughts/comments on any new venture/products/business models/social solutions/etc. related to our industry, which shall be not only beneficial to our company but also to our country as whole. This is not restricted to current issues only, the ideas may be futuristic and in addition, prospective ideations are also invited and highly solicited.
