The health care to the employees and their entitled dependants in MCL is being rendered through its dispensaries, hospital & Central hospitals spread over coalfields. Both the central hospitals are equipped with latest diagnostic facilities having all major specialization departments.Apart from employees on role,it also provides medical benefits to retired employees through CPRMSE scheme. The scheme is basically to provide medicare to the retired employees of CIL and it's subsidiary companies and their spouses.

ARPAN - Objective of the ARPAN Portal to provide a tool to our Retired Executives through which they can view the status of bills submitted by them in MCL. This portal provides real-time status of the bills which will result in bringing more transparency in the entire activity.
