Man power is a vital resource in an organisation. Mahanadi Coalfields Limited has a full fledged Human Resource Development  Department. Its establishment functions at Anand Vihar campus. It plays an important role in skill upgradation of its employees through training on State of the Art technology. It contributes in behavioral, managerial and technical knowledge enhancement of its employees for their contribution to coal production and productivity . It also enhances the human factor of its employees. Training also imparted to the employees on work life balance.
